Ravichandran Somu
Founder
Ravichandran Somu (Ravi) is a senior global technology leader with over 35 years of experience in technology, innovation, engineering, and business leadership across Asia-Pacific and the USA.
Ravi began his telecommunications career at the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), a premier telecommunications research and development institution of the Government of India. He later worked at Bell Laboratories, USA, as part of Lucent Technologies. Over his career, he has worked in India, the USA, and Singapore, and travelled extensively across the world, working with leading telecommunications companies and operators to develop and deliver technology solutions.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, and an MBA from the University of South Australia. A state rank holder and recipient of the National Merit Scholarship from the Government of India, Ravi has received several awards and recognitions for professional and academic excellence.
Beyond his technology career, Ravi is an author, speaker, traveler, and social entrepreneur. He has authored two Tamil books, “Vettikkadu (வெட்டிக்காடு)” and “Arasu Palli to America (அரசு பள்ளி To அமெரிக்கா)”. He is also the Founder & President of the Keysight Technologies Singapore Corporate Toastmasters Club and one of the founding directors of Team AIMS, a social organization based in the USA.
Driven by a strong belief in giving back to society, Ravi founded Paathai (பாதை) Trust in January 2018. Through Paathai, he is committed to creating meaningful and sustainable social impact, particularly in the areas of rural education, support for underprivileged children, and environmental sustainability.

Geetha Ravichandran holds a Master’s degree (M.A.) and Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in English Literature. She began her professional career as a Lecturer at PRIST University, Tamil Nadu, India.
A passionate writer and communicator, Geetha actively writes in both Tamil and English and engages with a wide audience through social media. She is an author, speaker, and traveler, and has published her Tamil book, “Geetha Cafe (கீதா கஃபே)”.
A homemaker based in Singapore, Geetha is also deeply involved in social initiatives and community activities. She serves as a Director of Paathai Trust and actively contributes to the Trust’s various education and environmental projects, working closely with volunteers, beneficiaries, and the community.
